Meditation: Observing Thoughts

Take time for a little self-care with this 15 minute meditation.

During these uncertain times one of the best things you can do for yourself, your family, and your students, is take time for self-care. This includes taking time to work out, walk, run, call or face time with colleagues/friends/family, and get plenty of rest.

To help you prioritize your health, the Math Institute invites you to participate in a free weekly meditation led by Math Institute Project Manager Alyssa Holly. All educators welcome! No experience necessary!

About The Facilitator

Alyssa Holly is Project Manager – Programs & Marketing at the Math Institute. When she isn’t at the office, Alyssa enjoys running and yoga. She is currently working towards her RYT 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certification.
