1st AVMR 2 Training offered at the Math Institute of WI!
Add+VantageMR® (AVMR) Course 2 is a four-day course that includes dynamic, diagnostic, individual assessments in place value, multi-digit addition and subtraction, and multiplication and division strategies. The assessment, organizational, and teaching tools accelerate the educator’s ability to recognize the students’ current levels of numeracy understanding to make data-driven instructional decisions. AVMR Course 2 is most appropriate for kindergarten through elementary classroom and special education teachers, as well as interventionists who work with children kindergarten through middle school.
AVMR 2 expands and deepens knowledge and understanding of the mathematical development from Course 1. This course includes dynamic diagnostic assessments of multiplication and division strategies and place value understnading – critical concepts for more advanced mathematics. AVMR 1 is a pre-requisite for AVMR 2.
Dates: March 4-5, and April 22-23, 2024

Cost: $650 includes light breakfast and lunch, 2 Teacher Handbook, two assessment kits, one course textbook. On-going support options are available.

The deadline to register is February 12, 2024.
*Workshop may not run if enrollment is less than 15 participants. In the event of a cancellation due to low enrollment full refunds will be issued.*
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 180 days prior to this event will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made between 180 and 30 days of the event will receive a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
